This club has no cover charge from Sundays - Wednesdays and there is a $10 charge on the other days. The best time to go is after 10pm. If you like women that won't nag you to tip them by roaming the room then thisis the place for you. The VIP charge for a dance is $20 for 2 songs. I visited this club during January 2012 and if I can rate the women, I'd say they are 5-8. They aren't the best looking women but they do have some cute women there. The ethnicity of the women are predominately African American but those who frequent the club are mostly also African American but there are some Caucasian that frequent the club. My rating for this club is more like a 3 1/2 but because they have a free cover charge I gave Norma's a rating of 4. Also the women's bathroom door lock was broken which I hated so keep this in mind. Parking across the street is $15 after 4pm but there is also a parking garage for $7. Overall I heard the club fees are a lot less then the others on the block, so you may want to try this club before trying the others on the block. view short comment
